The R mixor package provides the function 'mixor' for fitting a mixed-effects ordinal and binary response models and associated methods for printing, summarizing, extracting estimated coefficients and variance-covariance matrix, and estimating contrasts for the fitted models.
Download the mixor_1.0.6.tar.gz package. In R, set your working directory to the directory where the package is stored. Then at the R prompt, type
install.packages("mixor_1.0.6.tar.gz")
